Justine came in for her maternity portraits at 38 weeks and omg I absolutely ADORE the images we got! Here are some of my favourites. We did a few outfit changes from my studio wardrobe with some gorgeous light and airy looks and a few elegant dark and moody ones. I honestly think I could have dressed this woman in a potato sack and she would have still looked amazing. I'm hoping I get to meet her new little girl soon any day now when she comes back for newborn portraits!

Sweet Baby Girl | Bay Area Newborn Photographer

This gorgeous little newborn baby girl came to visit a couple of weeks ago and was just too precious. She was the only girl I photographed in two months of being booked solid with boys so I had fun playing with some of my girly headbands and pretty things!

Landon (love his name), made me look good. He was a very sleepy baby, just how I like them!! His older two brothers were very cute too and I bet they're pretty excited to have a new playmate. 3.5 year old Trevor was totally into having his picture taken but 1.5 yr old Kenton wasn't too keen at all. We were able to get his interest just long enough to composite the two boys together in the photos (combining two photos together in photoshop) so their Mama got some great sibling shots :)

This little cutie may have been born here in the US but she's an Aussie, just like me! I was so pleased to meet her Mum and Dad and hear some Aussie accents again. She was an absolute trooper and was very kind to me, sleeping like a dream in her session and didn't poop or pee on me at all! 😜 What a gorgeous little thing she is :)

Sweet little brand new Alana come to visit me last year with her 3 year old twin older brother and sister. Full of lots of energy and personality, these siblings were SO much fun to work with and OMG, I just LOVE how these turned out! After we did the sibling photos at the beginning of the session, the twin's nanny came to collect them so Mom and I were able to concentrate on getting some solo shots of beautiful Alana. Here's just a few of my favourites from her newborn session.

I just adored this little squish! It was all neutrals for Little 9 day old Kaleb and he was just perfect for his newborn session. We got some totally amazing shots with Mom and his big sister - what a stunning family!

Oh man, this session has some of my absolute favourite photos to date! Adorable little Quinn was joined by her big brother for her newborn session last year. As per mom’s request, a mix of neutrals and grays were used for Quinn's newborn session. I just adore these colors for girls and boys!

So I'm officially the worst blogger ever! This session is from last year but it was very special to me as it was my first twin newborn session! Aralyn and Paisley were pure perfection for their session and although it took a little longer than usual, I enjoyed every minute working with them. Here's some of my favourites!

My Newborn Photography Studio Space!

So I'm a little bit excited to be posting my very first blog! And what better topic than sharing some pics of my new studio space! Although I had a great studio in my home back in Australia, I really am in love with my lovely new space here in California. I've been super busy lately filling it with quite a few new props, bean bag fabrics, hair pretties and wraps so I can create a bigger and better variety of beautiful new set-ups for my clients. I've got lots of new babies to meet over the next couple of months, so stay tuned!
